SATTVA ALL LEVELS:
This dynamic practice will rock your world. Every month we introduce a new diverse Hatha Yoga sequence designed to bring balance, inner strength, and energy to the practitioner in a fluid posture flow. Specific breathing techniques and guided meditation after the postures
strengthen the lungs and centre the mind. This practice is the ultimate Yoga experience, combining body, breath and mind to leave you feeling blissful.
This class will take you much deeper into the body’s physical and energetic potential with a strong practice where we continue the exploration of body, breath and mind. prerequisite: Must be fully comfortable in the all levels classes and with headstands, backbends, arm balances, and other inversions. Not suitable for beginners.
Deepen the experience of the practice with this incredible blend of drum and breathing and movement.
This is a gentler, slow paced class, a perfect complement to the regular SATTVA practice. We will use the SATTVA Integrative Action Lines to work into more restorative postures and longer holds that will safely open and support the body.
This class is for those students who want to go deeper with their yoga practice. This is not a led class, it is an open style practice where students practice together at their own pace. This class is geared towards practitioners who want to take this time to do their own practice & take time to do meditation. Take this time to enjoy your own personal sequences or the sequence we are working with in the SATTVA classses that will strengthen, open, and awaken your body on a whole new level.
