INTRO TO YOGA
REGISTERED 6-WEEK Introduction to Yoga Level 1
This class is designed for the beginner. Come learn the very foundational postures that Yoga has to offer your body to create more comfort and flexibility in your body. Postures will be broken down to show proper alignment, breath and core control. This class will teach you the fundamentals of the yoga postures and prepare you for all our other classes. Perfect for those who are looking for an easy paced Yoga practice that will challenge you just enough to change your body and calm your mind.

Registered intro class with 6 week unlimited yoga pass: $99*

INTRO TO YOGA
drop-in
Sundays: noon - 1 p.m. & Saturdays: 2 - 3 p.m.
This class is perfect for those with no Yoga experience or some yoga experience who find regular classes too challenging but want to establish a yoga practice. There will be an emphasis on both standing and seated postures. Modifications will be given to students who need them. This class is ideal for anyone in the beginning stages of a Yoga practice. In this class, postures will be taught slower with more attention to alignment and detail of each posture.
