My yoga experience began 9 years ago sitting in a chair while everyone
sat on the floor, i was too tight to sit on the floor. Yoga has changed
my views on life in a very positive way. Doing yoga, either asana
practice or living yoga,this ancient practice is life changing. I
have practiced with numerous teachers and give much respect to all
of them. I teach yin yoga, a great complement to any yang forms of
yoga. Yin yoga works with the connective tissue of our bodies stimulating
the meridian lines and bringing chi(energy) back into balance. Yin
will teach you the limitations of your joints and help you understand
your full ranges on motion.
