Additional faculty members:
Geha Gonthier has been teaching Ashtanga Yoga since 1993. In addition
to teaching yoga she holds a degree for movement therapy, a diploma for acupuncture
and practices wholistic medicine.
As a yoga instructor and health practitioner
she offers a grounded understanding of the human body in regards
to physical as well as spiritual anatomy, physiology, movement
analogy, and breath awareness. She is committed to passing
on her in-depth knowledge to train aspiring teachers to provide
a gentle, strong, meditative and safe space for their future
students.
